The new town centre development could be delayed

after it was revealed that neither the Councils involved

or Sainsburys actually own a lot of the land they want to build on.

Didnt anyone realise this?? several years ago, before work began?.

If the land is subject to compulsory purchase orders, there could

be a delay of upto a year...what about the traders & people of Bicester.

Will anyone be called to account for such a c**k up?? no chance!

A Question about fines

A new friend of the site e mailed that they thought fines

had been issued in North Street..........NO

The council do not have the powers to fine.

However they employ people to stick these on your car.

NASTY! when you get approx 30 of them they MAY

prepare a prosecution!.

They want BTFC to form an accountable committee
and to predict next years revenue.
