Bicester like many places has changed out of all recognition in recent years, but is it a better place ?

As a long time resident of Bicester, I personally think its time that the people that live here started to question some of the decisions made on our behalf by career Councillors with little regard to how their decisions affect US !

RESIDENTS ? PARKING

The Banbury residents parking scheme is thrown into doubt because the
council havent the powers to enforce it (issue fines).

WHY was it brought in over 2
years ago in Bicester ?
With no enforcement powers ?

Dont forget its likely to be another 18 months before they can issue a fine

People will have paid good money for 3 and 1/2 years for a scheme that isnt even policed anymore and cant be enforced.

    After two years of so-called consultation, it would appear that the only thing CDC have agreed on it how much they are going to charge us for this non-enforceable scheme!

    Unfortunately I cannot afford to tangle with £££££££££££££££ the nearby retail outlet because of £££££££££££££££ however I can urge
    everyone else to. Please do, ARE WE IDIOTS ?.

    ps the sales have nothing to do with traffic, its like that all year !

    I have heard of fines being issued to people parking on the residents permit area of North Street.
